MCF Welcomes Tatum Parmer to Board
Washington County, OH – Marietta Community Foundation welcomes Tatum Parmer, Owner and Operator of STP Healthcare Consulting, to their Board of Directors.
“My career here in the community has allowed me to see those needs that many others may not have been exposed too,” said Parmer. “I hope to bring this knowledge to the table and help identify new ways we can help our community members.”
Parmer has had an extensive career in the healthcare industry. She served at Marietta Memorial Hospital for 19 years, working her way up from a Staff Nurse in Critical Care to the Director of Nursing for all of Memorial Health System’s campuses and then transitioning to Accreditation and Compliance. In 2019, she resigned from Memorial Healthcare Systems to begin her own business, STP Healthcare Consulting.
“I have known Tatum for years, and she is the perfect mixture of intelligence and community-driven thoughtfulness,” said Dr. Bret Frye, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “She will be a great addition to what is already a special board with very diverse talents and perspectives.”
Along with her new role at the Foundation, Parmer also serves as a board member for The Peoples Bank Theatre and is a member of The Women’s Giving Circle. Outside of her professional and volunteer career, Parmer enjoys traveling with her husband, Dr. Shane Parmer, MD, and their son, Grayer.
