Our community is currently facing a significant flooding event. The river has crested, leaving many businesses and residents affected by its destructive force. While the waters begin to recede, the path to recovery is long and challenging. Marietta Community Foundation is committed to supporting our community during this difficult time.
Request Relief Assistance
If you or someone you know has been impacted by the flood, taking the first step to call 1-800-Red-Cross (1-800-733-2767) is vital. They will help determine the extent of damage and the overall need for assistance.

After contacting the Red Cross, you can then reach out to Marietta Community Foundation for additional assistance and support.

How to Help Relief Efforts
We are immensely grateful for the outpouring of support from our community members who want to help with the flood relief efforts. Your generosity and willingness to assist make a significant difference in our community's recovery.
Volunteer Your Time:
Marietta Main Street is coordinating volunteers who would like to assist in downtown cleanup. If you are able and would like to be put on the call list, you can email info@mariettamainstreet.org.

Make a Monetary Donation:
All donations will go directly to the Washington County Hardship & Disaster Relief Fund, which provides emergency assistance to Washington County residents facing unforeseen emergencies or natural disasters.
